It is our goal to create a fully flavorful and satisfying event for your guests. Event Planning Brenda Brown, our event planner, will finalize all details to make your event unique and memorable. Menu Confirmation To ensure the finest quality for your guest, all menus must be confirmed one week prior to your event. Rentals Tables, chairs, grill tent, linens and china rentals are available. Ask Brenda for details. Deposits and Cancellation Policy A 40% deposit is required to confirm your event time and date. Deposit is non-refundable. Final guest count is due three days prior to event. Guaranteed number is not subject to reduction. Increases in guest count may be accommodated for some circumstances. Server and Bartender Charges A 4 hour minimum per person each portal to portal to include set-up, event and tear down. Additional servers requested beyond our staffing standards will be charged an hourly fee per bartender portal to portal. Prices/Service Charges/ Sales Tax Prices guaranteed to signing of contract and receipt of 40% deposit. 18% taxable service fee on all food and beverages.
